Ziostation2 provides many automated segmentation tools for isolation of anatomical structures. The intricate procedure to isolate just a single bone can now be accomplished with a single click. In our latest release pulmonary arteries and veins can be extracted to separate masks for color-encoded, layered VR display, while remaining fully editable.

VR can display lungs, bronchi, pulmonary artery and pulmonary veins simultaneously. Click on an individual structures to toggle its inclusion in the arterial or venous mask. Fusion of structures such as lesions or tumors is straightforward.
