Cardiovascular imaging continues to grow rapidly worldwide. Approximately 375 million CT scans are performed globally each year, with a steady annual growth rate of 3–4%. While specific data for cardiac CT scans is limited, it is estimated that 10–15% of all CT scans in 2025 will be coronary CT angiography (CCTA).

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is also on the rise, with 100–150 million scans performed annually worldwide, including nearly 40 million in the U.S. alone. Cardiac MRI (CMR) plays a vital role in diagnostics and pre-surgical planning.
